Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to your use of Yovii (yovii.co.uk). By using the site you agree to them. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
What Yovii is
Yovii is a community factual information service. It lets people share practical yes/no information about places, such as whether a venue has parking, Wi-Fi, step-free access, or accepts cash.
Yovii is not a review site. It is not a booking service. It is not affiliated with any of the places listed on the site.
Accuracy and limitations
Information on Yovii comes from the public. It is not verified by Yovii before it is published. It may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect.
Do not rely on Yovii as your sole source of information for important decisions.
For anything that matters, especially accessibility requirements, please contact the venue directly to confirm before you visit. Yovii accepts no responsibility for loss or inconvenience caused by relying on community-submitted information.
Places on Yovii
Places and information on Yovii may be added by users or by the Yovii team. We may edit, hide, or remove places if we believe they are inaccurate, duplicated, not public-facing, or unsuitable for the service.
Adding a place
When you add a place, you confirm that:
- The place exists and is public-facing or available to visitors, customers, members, guests or service users.
- The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You are not submitting a duplicate of a place already on Yovii.
Answering questions and contributing
When you submit answers, notes, or other contributions, you confirm that:
- Your contribution is truthful and based on genuine knowledge or experience.
- If you have a commercial connection to a place, such as owning or working for it, you must not submit misleading information or pretend to be an independent visitor.
By contributing, you grant Yovii a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and use your contribution as part of the service.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or hide any contribution at any time if we believe it is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms.
Reporting a problem
If you think a place or piece of information on Yovii is wrong, you can report it using the report option on the place page. Reports are reviewed by the Yovii team before any action is taken.
What you may not do
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information.
- Submit automated or bulk answers designed to manipulate the community record.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from Yovii.
- Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorised to access.
- Use the site to defame or target any individual or business.
We reserve the right to block sessions or remove content that we believe is abusing the service.
Intellectual property
The Yovii name, logo, and the structure and presentation of the site belong to the operator. Community contributions such as answers, place details, and notes are factual in nature and are licensed to the service as described above.
Limitation of liability
Yovii is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the operator is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete community information, loss of data, interruptions to the service, or any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
